Dora was created as a space to reconnect—with yourself, nature, and the joy of being present. Rooted in the idea of “retreat without retreating,” the brand invites a more playful, lighthearted way of moving through life. In collaboration with a brand strategist, the direction shifted into something more experiential and free-spirited, encouraging curiosity, imperfection, and a deeper connection to the moment.
The visual direction draws from the untamed energy of the Tabasco jungle, blending tranquility with adventure. Inspired by vibrant fruits, local wildlife, and everyday life in the jungle, the identity uses earthy yet lively colors, expressive textures, and playful elements throughout. An abstract interpretation of the motmot bird becomes a subtle symbol within the brand, capturing a sense of personality, rarity, and movement. The result is a brand that feels immersive, joyful, and deeply connected to place.
